By accessing or using Parity Tax Engine (“Parity,” “the Service,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at paritytax.com or app.paritytax.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Parity Tax Engine. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Parity Tax Engine provides property tax protest analysis tools for McLennan County, Texas homeowners. The Service analyzes publicly available appraisal data from the McLennan Central Appraisal District (MCAD) and generates evidence packets, comparable property analyses, and supporting documentation intended to assist homeowners in protesting their property tax appraisals.
Parity Tax Engine is an information and document preparation service. We are not a law firm, and nothing in the Service constitutes legal advice. We do not represent you before any governmental body, court, or tribunal.
The analysis, reports, letters, and other materials produced by Parity Tax Engine are provided for informational and self-help purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice and do not create an attorney-client relationship.
Property tax protest outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including the specific facts of your property, the evidence presented by the appraisal district, and the judgment of the Appraisal Review Board panel. Parity Tax Engine makes no guarantee that use of our materials will result in a reduction of your appraised value or tax bill.
If you require legal representation or legal advice regarding your property tax matter, you should consult a licensed Texas attorney.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. The Service is currently available only for properties located in McLennan County, Texas.
Some features of the Service require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at support@paritytax.com.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to update that information as necessary to keep it accurate.
Certain features of the Service are offered for a one-time flat fee as described on the pricing page. All payments are processed through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the applicable fee to your payment method.
Refund Policy: Because our deliverables are digital documents generated immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds after a report has been generated and delivered. If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery of your report, contact us at support@paritytax.com within 7 days and we will resolve it or issue a credit.
For the Auto-Protect annual subscription, you may cancel at any time before the next annual renewal date. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not entitle you to a refund of the current period.
